How to use : Remove the top film along the perforations. Remove the outer cap by twisting it upwards. Discard the inner cap. Install the outer cap as is. Remove the top sticker and you are done. Use in a stable place. It is more effective if you place it in a place with moderate air circulation and at about chest to nose height.
